Lack of Media Coverage?

According to him, media agencies have turned a blind eye to the community despite XRP’s status as the biggest news in the crypto sphere for three consecutive years.

Meanwhile, it is worth clarifying that the assertion of lack of media coverage is a half-truth. Prominent media platforms like The Crypto Basic have consistently reported events specific to the XRP community for years.

The Crypto Basic captured the majority of developments surrounding the SEC vs. Ripple and other pivotal events.

Ashley likely referred to mainstream US-based media agencies, as some other XRP figures have expressed a similar concern. They argued the conspicuous absence of attention from US mainstream media was a deliberate attempt to suppress XRP-related news.

FUD, Hacks, Investor Losses

Furthermore, Ashley mentioned the existence of a synchronized spread of FUD targeting XRP. He believes the simultaneous dissemination of negative information about XRP was also a coordinated attack.

Additionally, Ashley highlighted the involvement of private entities like JP Morgan in discussions with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding XRP. In his view, such high-level talks between financial giants and regulators fueled concerns about the future of XRP.

Ashley’s fourth indicator was the economic implication of the protracted battle with the SEC. According to him, the SEC lawsuit has resulted in billions of dollars in losses for investors and XRP enthusiasts.

Furthermore, the XRP influencer mentioned the disturbing trend of social media hacks targeting prominent members of the XRP community. Notably, the X account of John Deaton was hacked in June to promote a scam giveaway. Attorney Jeremy Hogan also saw his Twitter account hacked.

Lastly, Ashley touched upon the labeling of the XRP Army as “aggressive” by the SEC and being tagged as “wild conspiracy theorists” by others.

Notably, another XRP enthusiast argued that the multitude of bot accounts on the X app promoting fake XRP giveaways are part of the coordinated actions against the community.

7. thousands of scam bots released onto the #XRPCommunity all at once

I noticed an incredible increase right after the ruling
