Polygon Ranks the Top in Monthly Active Wallets of ERC-4337

The co-founder of Polygon, Sandeep Nailwal has shared a Nifty table chart for the detailed cross-chain over the year 2023. This chart details the monthly basis of Ethereum’s ERC-4337 wallets.

Comparatively, the ERC-4337 (aka EIP-4337) runs on a Polygon blockchain and lets developers achieve account abstraction. It operates with a smart contract for validation purposes by using a higher-layer pseudo-transaction object known as UserOperation. This allows simplified transactions with high-level security. However, this provides an effective user experience for decentralized applications (dApps).

Meanwhile, this chart includes Polygon (MATIC), Ethereum (ETH), Arbitrum (ARB), Binance Supply Chain (BSC), Optimism (OP), and Avalanche (AVAX). Sandeep’s tweet explains that the highest active ERC-4337 wallets held with an account of 4,000 wallets over the April month.

Furthermore, there wasn’t quite an account of active wallets reported till March. The outstanding report in April made Polygon to top the highest rank-wise. In May 2023, the chart hasn’t reached a maximum still staggering within 2K active ERC-4337 wallets in the cross-chain. Hope, this May sustains the elaborate growth of these ERC-4337 wallets on the crypto market by the end of Q2.
